Are you struggling to Brainspot with more complex trauma clientele? Are you looking to deepen your skills with using the Resource Model of Brainspotting then please join us for this training.   At the heart of Brainspotting is both an Activation and Resource Model (RM).  The RM of Brainspotting is an ingenious way to still process things but at a reduced state level. Increasing confidence with the RM can help while working with all clients, but especially those with more complex struggles and neurological vulnerabilities.

Jeff Ryan has 20+ years working with complex trauma and addiction individuals in outpatient and higher levels of care.  Over the past 13 years, he has been exploring and fine tuning ways to apply the Resource Model of Brainspotting with complex and other individuals.

In this 2 day training, attendees will learn:

  • A deeper understanding and implementation of the Resource Model of Brainspotting
  • Gain useful information about how the Insular Cortex seems to be a key location for identifying Calm, Grounded and Neutral states in the body
  • Tips for Brainspotting with more complex cases drawing from specific case examples
  • Direct observations and demonstrations of more resourced techniques
Location: Fully online training with 2 free follow up group consultation sessions

Course content level: Appropriate for Introductory and Intermediate level professionals. Must have completed Phase 1 brainspotting to attend this training.
