In this introductory phase, we explore the fundamental principles and techniques of Brainspotting, setting the stage for a profound and deeply personal therapeutic journey that will uncover the mysteries of the human capacity for transformation and provide a path towards profound healing and personal growth.
Our Brainspotting trainings strive to create a warm and supportive learning environment. Using live demonstrations, experiential practicums, and PowerPoint presentations throughout the training to create a rich training environment.
