  • Brainspotting Phase 1 (In Person)
     April 26, 2024 - April 28, 2024
     9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Brainspotting is a revolutionary therapeutic approach that delves deep into the complexities of the brain and body, offering a unique and powerful method for processing trauma, emotions, and psychological distress. In this multifaceted therapeutic process, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, guided by the belief that where we look affects how we feel, and within our eyes, we can uncover the profound connections between our experiences and our internal landscape. Brainspotting’s Phase 1 is the foundational step in this transformative process, a doorway to understanding and healing the intricate workings of the brain and body. In this introductory phase, we explore the fundamental principles and techniques of Brainspotting, setting the stage for a profound and deeply personal therapeutic journey that will uncover the mysteries of the human capacity for transformation and provide a path towards profound healing and personal growth.

Our Brainspotting trainings strive to create a warm and supportive learning environment.  Using live demonstrations, experiential practicums, and PowerPoint presentations throughout the training to create a rich training environment.  Past participants describe their experiences with Brainspotting trainings being some of the best trainings they have experienced in their career.
